The opportunity

The Culture team at PortSwigger is responsible for recruitment, employee engagement and our workplace. We undertake projects to support belonging, leadership, feedback and wellbeing amongst our people. The role includes work across a wide range of different areas. You will work to deliver a gold standard of people-related processes which help us to nurture our culture.

To be successful in this role you need the skills and ability to deliver on tasks such as:

• Developing and maintaining dashboards.You need to be able to pull in data from a variety of different sources and tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, survey tools) into data dashboarding platforms (such as PowerBI) and create dashboards.
• Collecting and analyzing survey data.This includes analyzing the results of our company-wide surveys that collect data on all aspects of our culture (including wellbeing, team health and leadership).
• Analyzing recruitment data and pipeline health.You need to be able to use recruitment data to identify ways to streamline our recruitment processes and establish scalable and sustainable hiring systems.
• Using data to understand how our workplace supports our people.You need to be able to collect and analyze data on workplace offering to understand if it is helping to nurture our culture as we scale.

You will also be expected to support hands-on delivery of our processes to help understand the data and the impact of our processes on our people. This will include tasks such as booking interviews, providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates, and helping with onboarding. You will have the opportunity to be involved in wider Culture Team initiatives, depending on interests, skills, and development goals.

We plan and deliver our work according to Agile principles. Familiarity with working in this way would be beneficial, but we can offer support with this. If you are unfamiliar with these principles you may wish to consult resources on Agile HR.
