The opportunity

The IT team is responsible for managing and maintaining all IT operations to ensure that the business can operate and grow with robust and secure systems.

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team to help support and deliver on all aspects of IT engineering. This role is varied and fast-moving, and we expect no two days to be the same. To be successful in this role you need proven ability to deliver on tasks such as:

• Maintaining and managing physical and cloud infrastructure, incorporating delivery of automation at scale where appropriate.
• Supporting day to day IT operations, including end user queries.
• Maintaining and managing a wide range of business and development applications and solutions across all areas of the organization.
• Helping to improve and deliver on our security governance position in line with best practice, including developing robust incident response processes, managing system access, and ensuring all systems are managed and patched.
• Improving our DR solution to respond to unexpected crises to ensure that the business can continue to operate smoothly.
• Supporting workplace and smart office functionality.

There will also be the opportunity to work across new areas not listed above according to personal interests, skills, and development goals.
