Downloading logs

This section describes how to download event logs and debug logs.

Download the event log

The event log can be useful for debugging. To download the event log in CSV format:

1. Open the Scans tab and select a scan.
2. Select the Logging tab.
3. Click Download event log.

Download the debug log

If you require assistance, our Support team may ask you for the scan debug log. To download the scan debug log in LOG format:

1. Open the Scans tab and select a scan.
2. Select Logging > Scan debug log.
3. Click Download.
